Role Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a shared resource role supporting both the UK and Norway markets, working closely with Territory Directors and local teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving commercial traction, closing deals, and ensuring customer success. Key Responsibilities
Drive inside sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
Maintain accurate forecasts and activity updates in CRM (Pipedrive).
Support Territory Directors in achieving regional sales targets.
Deliver compelling presentations and live demos of the WellFish Tech Portal (The Well) to aquaculture customers and service providers.
Clearly articulate product value propositions and ROI.
Prepare and manage pricing packages, margin matrices, and customer proposals.
Handle contract documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Act as a liaison between customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
Provide proactive support and follow-up to maintain strong relationships.
Work closely with Territory Directors and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.
Contribute to commercial planning and feedback loops for product improvement.
Required Skills & Attributes
Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Proven sales track record in inside sales or similar roles.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and demonstrate digital platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive).
Ability to manage pricing structures, margin analysis, and contracts.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Relationship builder with a strong network orientation.
Can-do attitude, proactive, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Preferred Experience
Background in aquaculture, agritech, or related industries (advantageous but not essential).
Experience in customer success or supporting service providers.
Knowledge of forecasting and pipeline management.
